About Me:

Hi!  I am Pat Rainville, the founder and administrator of Angels4KidsNetwork. 

Since 2003 I have been an Angel Therapy Practitioner, a title and trademark of someone who has trained with Dr. Doreen Virtue.  Angel Therapy is a non-denominational spiritual practice where we learn about and invoke the help of the Archangels for situation in our daily lives.  To learn more about Dr. Virtue and angel therapy you can visit AngelTherapy.com.

I have also been a massage therapist for 17 years, a Reiki Master, and have learned many healing modalities and practices.  A great deal of my healing work is done remotely or "in absentia", in other words with energy therapies we do not need to be in the person's physical presence to assist them with healing energies.

Over the years I have been asked/called upon many times by friends and family members for help, healing energies and prayers for people in troubling situations.  It may have been someone suffering with an illness like cancer, a relationship issue, someone close to death from a terminal illness...with positive results.

Now more and more I find myself being drawn to the issues today's kids are having with bullying, suicide, drugs, self-esteem and self-worth. Perhaps because I am now a parent of school age children and these issues are becoming very prevalent. Parents too are in difficult situations where they feel uncertain how to help or perhaps would just like additional support. 

I've been on both sides of this fence...

As a parent, I have called on angelic intervention with my own children for protection from bullying or help when they are angry or upset, or when their sensitivity picks up on things that make them afraid.  Or sometimes, when we are all just stressed and are at each other, arguing, taking things personally.

As a child, I also was a victim of bullying and verbal abuse mainly from other kids, not so much my family.  I can remember as far back as first or second grade there was an older girl who was always looking to or wanting to beat me up.  Every time I encountered her she was always trying to trip me, she was always threatening me and I never knew what I did to make her hate me so much, I barely knew her.  

As a kid, I didn't understand, as an adult I know she was obviously a very angry child.  I don't know what her home life must have been like, but behavior like that at such young age is learned from someone.  Although she never succeeded in beating me up or tripping me for that matter, I do remember being afraid and avoiding her as much as possible.  This is only one situation I experienced, there were many which really makes me sympathize with today's kids.

I know my mother prayed for my safety and protection.  I have prayed for my own, my kids and others and have seen how it helps. Now I feel compelled and called to bring it online out to others.
